Vi lenker til norskspråklige skåringsverktøy, lagt ut på internett, som fagfolk fritt kan skrive ut og bruke.
Verktøyene skal kun brukes av fagfolk med tilstrekkelig kompetanse. Selvutfyllingsskjemaer kan utfylles av pasienter veiledet av kyndig fagperson.
Det pågår en vurdering av måleegenskapene til skåringsverktøy som brukes i Norge.
